Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for all online and offline marketing communication planning and execution including and not limit to online and offline events/workshop, all marketing channels and platform (online and offline), PR, Communication (internal and external), marketing aids development
· Execute digital marketing activities:
· Identify target audience
· Design and implement direct online and offline marketing campaigns
· Proofread digital and social contents for clarity and proper language used
· Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
· Upgrade our email, digital, social contents and offline communication templates and corporate the Candela brand scheme
· Ensure prompt and accurate communication and minimize unsubscribes
· Create email databases for lead generation and establishment of lead collection/follow up
· Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
· Report email marketing performance quarterly and as needed
· Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
· Responsible for marketing operations including materials approval execution and marketing operations platform management and execution
· Purchase order (Oracle) process ownership, facilitation & management
· Compliance to SOPs, budget control and reporting, global corporate standards and local legal and regulatory standard
· Responsible for copywriting
· Responsible for all local creative designs and programs
· Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Educational / Knowledge / Experience Requirements
· BSc degree in Management Information Technology, Marketing, Data Analysis, or relevant field, Bachelor Degree or above;
· Proven 3-5 years of work experience as an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing specialist
· Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
· Proficiency in marketing automation technology (Marketo as mandatory)
· Experience with Salesforce
· Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
· Familiarity with analytical and database tools
· Excellent written communication (Japanese and English) and copywriting skills
· Strong project management skills
· An ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
· Proactive and highly organised, attention to details and a proven ability to multi-tasking
· Strong team player
