Duties and Responsibilities

•  Operations using the service system ServiceMax: New customer registration, customer information update, user machine registration, new maintenance contract registration, doctor registration for unapproved machine purchases, etc.
• Work using ERP Oracle: Sales Order Booking for Spare Parts, Work Order Booking for East Japan sales, customer registration (user's new branch hospital, relationship registration with agents), etc.
• Invoice-related work (confirmation of invoice content, printing of invoice/storage in PDF format．
• Created a list of consumables shipped within the maintenance contract of the affiliated clinic of the customer, and reported it to the agent of the customer by FAX.
• (Irregular) Address printing when sending DM
• (Irregular) Creation of administrative work manuals
• In addition, assistance work for service engineers
• Order creation, Work Order dispatch (including Case and Work Order creation),
• Call center operations (handling orders/inquiries, repair requests), enclosing invoices
