Candela Corporation is a leading global aesthetic device company with a comprehensive product portfolio and a global distribution footprint.  We are the market leader in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of medical and aesthetic laser and light-based technologies.  The Company’s technology enables physicians to provide advanced solutions for a broad range of medical-aesthetic application including hair removal, wrinkle reduction, tattoo removal, improving the skin’s appearance through the treatment of benign vascular and pigmented lesions, and the treatment of acne, leg veins, scarring and other common indications.

Candela develops products for the global aesthetic market.  These products begin as concepts developed by Candela’s world-class team of scientists and engineers or as acquired or licensed technologies that Candela then completes the development and/or commercialization of.  These programs are supported by Candela’s global clinical, regulatory, and quality teams and are managed through our Product Development Process (PDP) and Quality Management System (QMS).

The Company’s headquarters are in Marlborough, Massachusetts, US, with and additional R&D facility in Yokneam, Israel and commercial locations across Asia Pacific, and Europe.  Products are sold direct in 18 countries worldwide and through distributors in over 60 others and are supported by field service, clinical education, marketing development organizations and distributorship arrangements.

General Responsibilities:
• Increase to, or maintain, a high level of unit sales every quarter
• Consult with medical professionals regarding product benefits to patients, and ROI to practice
• Prospect and identify new account opportunities
• Pipeline Development:
o Maintain a specified dollar amount in qualified business every quarter
o Identify new accounts each quarter that are actively seeking to invest in new 
technology
• Schedule and execute product demonstrations of specialized products as required and direct 
demonstration involvement of Clinical Educator
• Present all Candela products in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, ethical and sincere manner
• Interact professionally with physicians, allied health care personnel, and/or other laser users 
• Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences and conventions
• Support clinical efforts when necessary or practical
• Support marketing by relaying key competitive and/or clinical information
• Work with Sales Manager and/or Country Manager to develop quarterly forecast objectives
• Keep CRM (Salesforce.com) up-to-date 
• Perform other duties as assigned by management


Knowledge/Educational Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced MS Excel skill
• Experience using SalesForce and Oracle/other ERP system with strong understanding of end-toend Order-to-Cash process
• Experience using Power BI or other data management platform
• Strong and clear communication skills
• Team player, execution focused, hands-on, positive high energy is a must
• Ambitious, self-starter, self-motivated individual preferred
