Sales - Direct Access Clients

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with External Asset Managers (EAMs) and Direct Access Clients to understand their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and products preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing proactive market insights, and trade execution services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Investment Advisory, Relationship Managers, Research, and Compliance to ensure alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.

TRADE EXECUTION

  • Execute trades on behalf of DAC clients across various asset classes, including equities, foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products.
  • Monitor market developments, analyze trading opportunities, and implement trading strategies to optimize clients portfolios.
  • Ensure timely and accurate trade execution while adhering to risk management protocols and regulatory guidelines.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Identify opportunities to expand the client base and increase assets under management (AUM) within the DAC segment. Specifically for the EAM segment develop the structured product offering. 
  • Participate in client prospecting activities presentations, and industry events to showcase the company's capabilities and attract new EAM clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop marketing materials, clients proposals, and presentations tailored to the needs of EAM clients.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with Front Office.

PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND REPORTING

  • Track the performance of client portfolios, analyze investment results, and provide regular performance updates to Direct Access Clients.
  • In collaboration with Front Office prepare comprehensive portfolio reviews, investment reports, and performance attribution analysis to demonstrate value-added services and support client retention efforts.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

    Experience required:
  • Proven experience in financial services, with a focus on trading, portfolio management, or relationship management within the wealth management or asset management industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies across multiple asset classes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and best practices in wealth management.
