Mission
  • Within the Release / Environment Management & IT tooling Department, the IT tooling team is in charge of a large set of tools used to improve and support the process of deliveries from features definition to automated deployment going through continuous integration, testing and performance monitoring.
  • In order to strengthen this team, we are looking for an IT Tooling Manager who, under the responsibility of the team lead, will:
  • lead strategic projects,
  • contribute to tools enhancements / maintenance initiatives
  • and participate in users support.
  • This position requires to work collaboratively with all IT stakeholders, such as developers, testers and infrastructure team members.
  • The candidate has a technical background with the capacity to go further in details while he is able to clearly explain the big picture by simplifying the concepts.
  • A versatile approach, service mindset and interpersonal skills will be essential to succeed in this position.

Main duties
  • Contribution to structure our organization and processes
  • Improvements of our set of tools and processes
  • Tools maintenance and obsolescence management
  • Infrastructure and applications upgrade for all tools on Tooling team responsibility
  • Users support and change management

 Specific competencies
  • Tools: Ansible, Azure DevOps Server, SonarQube, Git, Jira
  • OS : RedHat, Windows

 

Education:
Engineer
Technical skills:
Powershell, ksh, groovy, python, Ansible
Years of experience:
7-10 : senior
Exper. in financial sector:

Experience required:
8-10 years of experience in information systems Demonstrated a good experience in continuous integration Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work
