During the programme, under supervision of the Responsible Legal Reporting & Consolidation (Group Finance) as mentor, the Graduate is expected to provide support to all teams she or he will be welcomed in:

Finance:
- various daily tasks of the accounting team (account reconciliation, structured products monitoring, ad hoc analyses…)
- verification, reconciliation, and accounting of results on trading and treasury portfolios
- monthly financial statement closing & consolidation processes
- monthly regulatory reporting process, BNS Statistics and other regulatory ratios (LCR, NSFR, LERA, Capital ratios)  

Risk Management:
- various daily tasks of the risk management team (daily reports on credit risks, market risks…) and ad hoc analyses 
- monitoring of limits
- monthly reporting process

Financial Controlling:
- various daily tasks of the financial controlling team (daily brokerage volume…) and ad hoc analyses 
- monthly reporting process
- explanation of variance vs budget and prior month/year

  • This programme is dedicated to young graduates, with a Master’s degree recently obtained (before August 2024) from a highly recognised university and a maximum of 12 months’ global professional experience, seeking to discover the Banking industry.
  • It includes the prospect of obtaining a permanent role within UBP Group Finance at the end of the programme.
