During the programe, under supervision of the Senior Business Manager (T&T Asia) as mentor, the Graduate is expected to provide trade support to all T&T Asia Dealing Desks, as well as assist T&T Asia Business Management in their daily tasks.

- Rotation 1 – T&T Asia Business Management (1.5 months)
- Rotation 2 – Risk, Credit, and Middle Office (1.5 months)
- Rotation 3 – T&T Asia Dealing Desks (9 months, 3 x 3 months within the FX, Securities, and Structured Products Desks, respectively)

At the end of all rotations, the Graduate is expected to be fully trained in cross-asset execution. The graduate is expected to fulfill all licensing requirements and take all applicable examinations during her or his last rotation period, to become a Cross-Asset Dealer, and thus fully operational by the end of the programme.
