  • Support and accompany the WM division during project delivery, ensuring that requirements, needs and deliverables are aligned with strategic objectives of the WM division.
  • Adopt a change-oriented approach aligned with the Business Development, Risk and Controls strategy, and propose solutions to enhance the effectiveness, quality and efficiency of processes
  • Become the CLM (Appway) Product Manager, representing WM at the Product Board, leading the requirements definition for features having WM impacts; ensure WM representatives from UBP branches and subsidiaries are involved in the product evolution, follow-up product KPI and propose product evolution roadmap to the Product Steering
  • Contribute during business requirements & functional specifications workshops
  • Identify and plan the Change Management activities (trainings, user guides maintenance or creation)
  • Lead and/or participate to WM presentation sessions and collect feedbacks
  •  Participate to User Acceptance Test sessions as WM representative
  • Prepare communication channels and materials for new features deployments (including operating manuals)
  • Track & follow-up activities assigned to WM in project mode
  • Any other task required by Management relating to the Mission of the employee
Master Degree
Technical skills:
Data extraction and transformation (nice to have, not mandatory): SQL language, Aqua Data Studio,

Exper. in financial sector:
Experience required:
Previous project management / business analysis / project stakeholdership in a CLM/CDM project in a Swiss private banking environment. 5 to 10 years in of Project Management or stakeholdership in a banking environment, with exposure to CLM and CDM programmes/projects.
