PMS Support Analyst - External Consultant until December 2024

- Second level analysis and support of Triple'A Plus requests or related information system interfaces
- Functional support of the Triple'A Plus solution core engine, modules, through various channels access (GUI, WUI, ODdata)
- Technical support regarding Triple'A and its interfaces. Functional knowledge regarding mapped entites (positions, operations, portfolio, instruments, asset classes, ...)
- Resolution of production incidents throughout the incident management process. Contribute as subject matter export to : priorization, investigation and root cause analysis
- Maintain excellent relationship and communication with stakeholders, other IT teams and business areas.

The candidate might be required to work early/late shifts include special presence for day-off , and periodically work on a on call support basis
Participation to selected phases of projects ( Design, implementation and system integration testing ) to provide feedback from a production perspective to these processes


Required technical knowledge on Oracle DBMS, Triple'A scripting and system setup, Unix shell scripting.
