Essential Job Functions

•              Present, promote and sell products/services, using solid arguments, to existing and prospective customers in the Medical/Aesthetic device industry. 

•              Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

•              Make cold calling to physicians, hospitals, clinics and beauticians and other organizations that require medical device products.

•              Generate new leads.

•              Visit customers and potential clients to evaluate needs and to promote products and services.

•              Achieve quarterly business plan/forecast aligned with sales objectives.

•              Monitor and reengage pipeline that went cold.

•              Approach customer needs or issues with a “solution-oriented” mentality and customer satisfaction as desired outcome.

•              Achieve the quarterly and annual sales quota.

•              Use the forecast (CRM) tool to analyze and follow customer´s portfolio.

•              Report all significant data into the sales tool (SalesForce).

•              Implement Candela sales policy in Israel.

•              Follow up of all generated leads.

•              Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences and conventions.

•              Customer satisfaction/customer loyalty:

•              Inform customers about existing and new Candela products.

•              Offer Candela´s policy of Services.

•              Ensure our relationship with customer thrives.

 

Knowledge/Educational Requirements

•              Bachelor’s degree – an advantage.

•              Experience in Medical Device sector - an advantage.

•              At least 3-5 years of experience in Field Sales of capital equipment including whole selling cycle: generating meetings with new customers, presenting the products, negotiation, close of sale.

•              Presentation skills

•              Good level of English language (minimum B2 equivalent: Good business level in reading, understanding, and speaking)
