Essential Job Functions 

·       Maintain and improve on the quality of Candela´s in-service standards and promote a positive learning experience for all customers. Ensure staff:

·       Welcome any and all questions.

·       Understand the variance in customer´s laser experience and respond accordingly.

·       Facilitate customer´s understanding between areas requiring strict adherence to established treatment guidelines vs. various techniques which may be employed.

·       Adhered to Candela´s corporate Standard Operating Procedures.

·       Ensuring that all trained customers are comfortable and confident in their ability to perform treatments safely and effectively on their patients.

·       Obtain a list of all attendees who participated during the clinical instruction of their device and use this list when completing the clinical call report on Syneron-Candela´s International Sales & Reporting website Salesfroce.com.

·       Provide Candela Customers with answers to their questions whether they are clinical, technical or marketing in nature.

·       Communicate with their respective supervisor any issues that may need addressing and offer potential solutions to these issues.

·       Facilitate continued education events within specific region.

·       Attend and assist in supporting Clinical Education at National conferences (AAD, ASLMS, etc.)

·       Contribute to the ongoing learning process of all Clinical Specialist/ Consultants by sharing information and experiences.

·       Respond to Candela customers calls and emails, documenting within the company´s Sales Force and Candela database.

 

Knowledge/Educational Requirements:

·        Evaluate student performance in class with quizzes, testing, and demonstration.

·       A.D.N degree from accredited school of nursing

·       Experience in teaching the adult learner with sound knowledge of adult learning theory and ability to present material to differing levels of base knowledge of novice to professional.

·       Monitors state regulations to ensure DaVita training programs meet or exceed requirements Maintains current clinical knowledge and ensure that clinic training and education needs are met in accordance with DaVita’s policies, procedures, and guidelines, OSHA, CMS, AAMI, HIPAA, federal state and local regulation.

·       Tools: Oracle cloud, Salesforce, High level of Excel, google analytics highly recommended 

·       Creativity, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

·       Experience working in a fast-moving, multinational Company.

·       Agile methodology and multidisciplinary team experience. 

·       Fluency in English (at least C1 level). 

·       Native in French
