The Clinical Trainer has the overall responsibility for delivering clinical training to prospective, new users and existing Candela customers within assigned territory and regions. They are responsible to provide pre-sales demo support, post sales in-service training to customers to optimize safe and efficacious treatment outcomes by our users.
Essential job functions:
Customer training: product introductions, demonstrations, treatment plans, and training.
Responsible for the release of internal and external new products and the training of relevant personnel.
Provide clinical support for sales, market meetings, events, etc.
Literature search and review and cooperate with suppliers to search for international cutting-edge literature reviews to guide domestic doctors. Assist in project preparation based on sales needs and collaborate with hospitals to achieve research results.
Communicate emerging issues to department heads and propose possible solutions.
Other clinical research or training work arranged by the department manager.
Education requirements:
Knowledge of laser, electronic, and biomedical products.
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
More than 3 years of clinical training in the medical industry and educational background in the medical facility industry or laser cosmetology.
Be able to adapt to business trips and work under certain pressure.
