Essential Job Functions

  • Hands on in driving and achieving quarterly revenue targets
  •  Conduct field sales visits to existing and new customers to identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Pipeline Development:
  • Maintain a specified dollar amount in qualified business every quarter
  • Identify new accounts each quarter that are actively seeking to invest in new technology
  • Consult with medical professionals regarding product benefits to patients, and ROI to practice
  • Schedule and execute product demonstrations of specialized products as required and direct demonstration involvement of Clinical Educator
  • Present all Candela products in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, ethical and sincere manner
  • Interact professionally with physicians, allied health care personnel, and/or other laser users
  • Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences and conventions
  • Support clinical efforts when necessary or practical
  • Support marketing by relaying key competitive and/or clinical information
  • Work with senior Sales Management to develop quarterly forecast objectives
  • Participate in developing annual business plan to meet financial and non-financial targets
  • Keep CRM (Salesforce.com) up-to-date
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge/Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in capital equipment sales in aesthetic business with proven track record in meeting sales targets
  • With good relationship and network with key doctors in aesthetic/plastic surgery industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge on key account management, aesthetic business and product
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Able to identify sales opportunities and risks
  • With passion and commitment
  • Excellent negotiation and selling skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Presentation, oral and written English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Ambitious, self-starter, self-motivated individual preferred
