Responsibilities:
- Inform the distributors about features of existing and new Candela products.
- Provide Candela distributors with answers to their questions whether they are sales, or marketing in nature.
- Manage, develop strategy to enhance Candela´s business in the region.
- Launch new products.
- Achieve the sales quota.
- Segment the market and define the key distributors.
- Work out a yearly business and marketing plan.
- Present all Candela products in a professional, knowledgeable, and sincere manner.
- Pay attention to the competitor´s actions, reporting information relating to them and the rest of the market.
- Forecast sales tool.
- Use the forecast (CRM) tool to analyze and follow customer´s portfolio.
- Offer Candela´s policy of services.
- Attend and assist in supporting Clinical Education at Local, Regional and National or International conferences.
- Contribute to the ongoing learning process of all Clinical Specialists/Consultants within the Global Clinical team, by sharing information and experiences.
- Work with and align with product management to stay current on competitive systems, and be able to explain differences and advantage of our devices.
- Support the Distributors in EMEA as well as support the global distributor team.
- Respond to Candela distributor calls and emails, documenting within the company’s SalesForce and/or Candela service databases.
- Manage own travels into the region, in coordination with Distributor Managers.
- Support marketing activities, such as KOL talks at conferences, workshops etc.
- Manage budget.
- Submit weekly reports, expense reports, quarterly reports and forecasts updates in a timely manner.
Knowledge/Educational Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sales Representative, selling lasers, RF and or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons etc. in the aesthetics market.
- Must have experience in Capital Equipment Sales, Medical Device preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas and operational objectives.
- Familiarity with aesthetic medicine and practice.
- Experienced user of Candela products is a plus.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and training skills.
- Ability to define, create or adapt training materials
- Native or fully proficient in English language, additional language skills is a plus.
- Availability to travel 60-70% of the time, including weekends covering the EMEA region.
- BS/BA degree or higher preferred.
- Home-based in either Spain, France, Germany, Italy or UK.
