General Summary
The Information Technology function is responsible for managing and overseeing the technology infrastructure that supports the organization’s operations. This includes the maintenance of hardware, software, networks, databases, and communication systems; ensuring that these systems are secure, efficient, and capable of supporting business objectives. Key responsibility areas include infrastructure management, software and systems maintenance and development, data management and security, technical support, and strategic planning and innovation. The Information Systems area is responsible for assessment, design, acquisition, implementation and use / enhancement of programming and systems analysis tools for the management and transformation of data into information for decision makers.

Knowledge/Educational Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in software development and project management. Experience with Salesforce and CRM management is required, along with Salesforce certifications. Experience with Service Max or other Field Service management software is preferred.
