General Summary
The Sr./Marketing Specialist, Downstream Marketing is responsible for executing strategic downstream marketing initiatives to support the successful commercialization of a new product launch. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual eager to enhance their marketing expertise. The Associate Manager, Downstream Marketing will develop and implement lead generation campaigns aligned with corporate strategies, create marketing assets to build brand awareness, and empower healthcare providers to educate their patients. The role also involves leveraging digital marketing channels, collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and quality, and managing marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI. Additionally, the Associate Manager, Downstream Marketing will work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to foster peer-to-peer education and engagement opportunities.
The Sr./Marketing Specialist, Downstream Marketing is accountable for delivering measurable results that drive lead generation, patient engagement, and brand awareness. This includes ensuring the quality and effectiveness of marketing collateral, achieving campaign performance goals, and maintaining compliance with Clinical, Regulatory, and Legal standards. The role is also accountable for maximizing the return on investment of marketing program budgets and providing actionable insights to refine tactical execution. Ultimately, the Associate Manager, Downstream Marketing is expected to contribute to the successful commercialization of Candela's new product and the overall growth of the organization.
Essential Job Responsibilities
· Execute downstream marketing tactics to support the successful commercialization of a new product, including but not limited to, brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, event participation and customer loyalty for both B2B and B2C audiences.
· Plan and implement lead generation campaigns aligned with corporate strategies, delivering measurable outcomes.
· Partner with internal teams to create marketing collateral and assets that build brand awareness and empower healthcare providers to educate their patients.
· Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure all marketing materials meet compliance standards.
· Support the development and delivery of sales enablement tools, highlighting clinical benefits, competitive differentiation, and ROI opportunities
· Liaise with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to facilitate peer-to-peer education through workshops, webinars, and other engagement opportunities.
· Leverage digital marketing channels to drive practice marketing and engage healthcare providers’ patient bases.
· Monitor and manage marketing program budgets to ensure efficient spend and ROI.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market insights, address customer needs, and refine tactical execution for optimal results.
· Manage monthly and quarterly analytics reporting process for social media and influencer outreach programs.
