COMMERCIAL / SALES

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in (Excellent) English, both spoken and written (elementary);
  • Computer literate;
  • Customer services or sales.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Present, promote and sell services;
  • Develop and submit proposals, track and manage opportunities, develop market segments and define strategy to attract new customers;
  • Maintain good customer relationships;
  • Participation in events and/or meetings to create strong and dynamic connections with the       industry in order to promote business growth;
  • Analyze the market and competition;
  • Overseas travel to visit clients as required.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent sales, negotiation and communication and social skills;
  • Good time management, organized, methodical and persistent;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Work under pressure and by goals;
  • Assertiveness, cordiality, priority in presentation, common sense and assiduity and punctuality in all situations;

 

COSTUMER SERVICES

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English
  • Studies higher than Bachelor's level
  • Ability to use Excel from the user's perspective
     

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Study, analysis, organization and preparation of data for reporting
  • Relationship with various entities and organizations, sending notifications or requests for authorization for operations
  • Create direct contract for current and new Customers
  • Being the contact link with Customers, as well as internally coordinating and integrating information with the remaining departments involved in operations
