Business Analyst (Freshful Team)

 

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end development of our e-commerce solutions, including backend systems, web, and mobile implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce business processes, data analysis, and technology solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement solutions that improve our customer experience and operational efficiency.

 

 

What you’ll have to do:

 

·       E-commerce flows analysis and projects implementation, including collaboration with business stakeholders to collect and clarify business requirements, which are later to be transformed into functional and non-functional specifications (support the design of new or improved processes of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact);

·       Develop in detail specifications and user stories for backend systems, web, and mobile applications. Work closely with architect, developers, and testers in agile team and participate in the solution design, support development and integrated testing process. Ensure solutions align with business goals and customer needs.

·       Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Monitor the features released (hypercard phase, user adoption, main KPIs;

·       Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. Gather and analyze user feedback to continually improve the customer experience.

·       Create and maintain documentation for e-commerce processes and systems used;

·       Become a "feature promoter" and provide support for key teams in using the e-commerce system and flows (customer care team, commercial team, platforms support, external and internal technical teams, warehouse team, SAP/ accounting team etc.). Answer the question "how can I do this";

·       Analyzing data and finding the cause for various problems in the system (root cause identification, coordinating involved parties in assessing impact and finding a solution as well as tracking the implementation);

·       Collaborate with the Product Manager to make informed decisions on prioritizing features, addressing changes in requirements, and adjusting project plans. Seek guidance from the Product Manager on strategic decisions and areas where their input is crucial for the success of the product.

 

How we’d like you to be:  

 

·       Have strong business analysis skills/ previous experience in business/ system analysis;

·       Able to learn and understand complex business processes fast;

·       Able to do deep analysis with a keen eye for edge cases;

·       Have analytical and problem-solving skills;

·       Able to understand business models & processes through independent research;

·       Well organized;

·       Eager to learn;

·       Self-driven and motivated

·       Have medium Excel knowledge;

·       Have basic SQL knowledge;

·       Have experience in Agile teams.

 

Will be a plus:

 

·       Experience in e-commerce flows (orders, payments, invoicing, stocks, prices, promotions etc).
