China Community Coordinator

 

The China Communications Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing all activities related to eMAG Marketplace’s communications for China Market both for potential leads and existing sellers.

 

 

We are looking for a resourceful, analytic and creative person willing identify the best communication channels and approach to improve conversion rate and awareness for eMAG and eMAG Marketplace on the Asian Markets

 

What you’ll have to do:

 

·       Develops general communication and disseminates it at the channel level;

·       Together with the Marketing Team and China Sales Team, establishes the annual and monthly communication objectives, draws up the appropriate communication plan to reach those results, and implements the activities;

·       Writes event-based newsletters, articles, and presentations, and supervises the graphic design for them;

·       Creates content and manages all social media platforms where eMAG Marketplace is present for Chinese sellers;

·       Ensures the communication style is aligned with eMAG Marketplace’s brand promise and personality;

·       Finds effective and innovative ways to communicate new programs and products dedicated to partners and addresses requests related to the business relationship between them and eMAG Marketplace;

·       Collaborates with Chinese sellers to ensure they receive full access to information in due time and that all possible questions are covered in the communication. Supports the relationship with advertising agencies, online agencies, multimedia production companies, creative boutiques, and other external suppliers;

·       Manages activities for multiple projects across all phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closure;

·       Adapts all international projects to local specifics;

·       Plans resources and recommends best practices for each country.

 

How we’d like you to be:  

 

·       Education: University graduate  

·       Professional experience: at least 2 years; 

·       Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Romanian language is an advantage.  

·       Project management, strong attention to details, relationship building and problem-solving skills; 

·       Demonstrated ability to use social media channels effectively to deliver marketing content; 

·       Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 

·       Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines;
