Accounts Payable Automation Specialist

What will you do in our team?

• Work with all accounts payable stakeholders (suppliers, commercial, accounts payable and technical teams) to run efficient and robust day to day EDI operations;
• Interact with all accounts payable stakeholders to capture and analyze issues and requirements for EDI functionality;
• Ownership of enforcing EDI guidelines with supplier, commercial and accounting departments establishing EDI Operational best practices;
•  Provide ongoing training and operational support to relevant stakeholders while evaluating impact and analysis for future improvements;
• Troubleshoot and coordinate efficient resolutions and evaluation of errors and issues found internally or by the supplier, involving technical team whenever required;
• Actively participate together with technical department in design, implementation, testing and support for EDI framework required for new supplier onboarding or new enhancements;
• Develop and maintain accurate accounting and operational procedures related with projects under your coordination;
• Calculate and monitor KPI metrics for EDI Compliance Program;
• Drive process transformation initiatives ensuring process analysis, governance and on time completion of the initiatives;
• Develop, calculate and monitor success rate and associated KPI’s for any project under your coordination;
• Perform additional projects as assigned or when current responsibilities are changed with notice;

Let’s meet if you have these skills: ​

• Experience working in Accounts payable processes of at least 2 years, preferably in retail area.
•  Minimum 1 year of professional experience in project management or an implementation role
•  EDI, ERP implementation, or integration experience would be considered a plus
•  EDI industry knowledge and understanding preferred
• Advanced excel knowledge is mandatory
• Self-motivated, results driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving results.
• Flexible and pressure resilient especially when priorities change quickly.
• Abilities to organize, plan and prioritize;
• Analytical skills;
•  Able to respect deadlines;
• English knowledge
