What will you do in our team?

  • Support Commercial team in everyday tasks;
  • Timely upload of information in the dedicated software interfaces;
  • Preparing reports for the commercial team;
  • Respecting the predefined deadlines;
  • Prepare, insert and maintain accurate/ update data in back-office systems;
  • Check data and follow up with the team in order to have accurate information in the system​;
  • Understand, analyze and interpret market data information;
  • Contract mаnаgеmеnt: corresponding with suppliers, getting аppropriаtе signаturеs, filling of contrаcts, monitoring of contrаcting stages;
  • Check and follow-up with suppliers’ deviations for goods, stock updates and shipments.
