What will you do in our team?

As a Finance Manager in our team, you’ll be working closely with both you team and your stakeholders in order to optimize financial results for a specific department in eMAG. You’ll achieve this by managing all financial activities related your main stakeholder’s department. Your daily activities may include:

  • Contract management
  • Recognition of contracts and negotiations in the system
  • Invoicing and closing the set estimates
  • Constant monitoring and improvement of working procedures
  • Periodic monitoring of contract performance with the sales team, in order to analyze the results, the most important issues and the existing opportunity for future decisions and projects
  • Development of systems and processes to ensure both a correct evaluation of the business and its operation in an efficient and profitable way
  • Managing and developing a diverse team of financial analysts and encouraging their ongoing developers

Let’s meet if you have these skills:

  • Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree
  • You have previous experience in a similar role (required)
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the area of financial analysis / controlling
  • You are results oriented and you are passionate about both your own development and the development of your team members
  • You like to manage tasks with a high level of complexity
  • Experience in developing work procedures for complex processes
  • Excellent Romanian and English verbal and written communication skills
