 A Charlotte Tilbury Team Leader is responsible for leading by an impeccable example to deliver world-class magic service and artistry alike. They thrive on challenge and the sky is the limit. The team leader works closely with our superstar management team to develop their own knowledge and skills to empower their teams to be the best they can be.

  • Working closely with your management team – you will empower your team to deliver magic service like no other. This will involve making great first impressions, inspiring customers and colleagues alike and creating lasting relationships.

  • You will be operating at the equivalent of a supervisor level. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
