  • Experience in Salesforce commerce cloud and marketing cloud, potential development background
  • Ability to design technical solution, requirements and specification based on requests from the business and product managers
  • Create tech specifications and requirements based on the business requirements to enable definition of user stories
  • Identify system dependencies and where/when changes are required in order to facilitate requirements
  • Responsible for initial feasibility assessment of projects/features which requires technical input
  • Monitoring and assisting delivery of development tasks
  • Close collaboration with the delivery team to guide and advise on design and technical implementation of the solution in line with the client requirements
  • Ensure technical quality and good design principles are followed
  • Participation in daily stand-ups
  • Management of change throughout the project delivery and release management
  • Manage the handover of the project/feature with internal customers and support teams
  • Knowledge and experience of working with - essential
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies such as SCRUM
  • Experience working in an agile multi-project environment, with multiple parallel projects developing new functionality
  • Understanding of high-level architecture, and how it integrates with other architectural components
  • Awareness of potential performance issues and best-practice
  • Experience of continuous release of deployments in an Agile Environment
  • Ability to deliver process flows and layout solution designs that support delivery, ensuring sites and apps are operationally fit for purpose
  • Ability to plan, organise and communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally


  • 3-5 years experience
  • Experience in API and back end integrations, ERP, Order Management Systems, Payment gateways, Stock management tools, Salesforce commerce cloud, Salesforce marketing cloud, Business Manager
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML . SQL and design applications an advantage
  • Ecommerce experience essential
  • Retail knowledge preferable
  • Agile environment experience
