KNOW THE ROLE:

The Concierge will work as part of the retail operations team helping to create an excellent first impression for our customers thus enhancing the overall shopping experience provided by Brown Thomas.

Through continued observation and feedback they will bring about improvement in the standards of service provide.

The concierge will act as the local guide to our customers ensuring that customers are informed and directed in the correct way to all locations within and surrounding the store.

 

· Meet greet and welcome all customers that arrive at the store.

· Using store knowledge guide customers to required sites and share promotional knowledge.

· Feedback to store management on all issues regarding operations and service.

· Build relationships with the local businesses and be aware of local activities, feeding this information proactively to the team.

· Communicate issues relating to threats to security and safety to the local teams responsible.

 

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
