KNOW THE ROLE:
- Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience.
- Processing deliveries & stock replenishment.
- Assisting with day to day running of the store.
- Being a Hobbs brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
To work as a sales assistant 12 hours per week, previous experience is not essential. Instead we look for people with the qualities below:
- Customer focused, Self-motivated & positive and Adaptable.
- Open to learn about and sell our products.
- Flexible availability in evenings, weekends and key trading dates.
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Working within a team to deliver targets and business goals.
- A strong work ethic and not afraid to share ideas in order to succeed together
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior retail experience would be an advantage
