  • Ability to compose user stories and acceptance criteria based on the business requirements and technical solution design
  • Challenge requirements and assumptions to ensure depth of detail required is established to minimise ambiguity
  • Manipulate information, requirements, solution design, UX/UI design in order to define the true user story and resolve challenges where required
  • Ability to draw requirements together into Functional Requirements/Functional Spec, diagrams, process flows so that the resulting document/epic/user story is meaningful for its intended audience
  • Ability to work across BAU and multiple projects in parallel
  • Ability to support workshops, gathering and interpreting requirements
  • Collaboration with product managers and wider stakeholders to drive product and requirement definition
  • Experience working in an agile, digital environment
  • Responsibility for scrum coordination; daily stand ups, prioritisation sessions, sprint prep, retrospectives etc
  • Management of backlog for BAU and projects
  • Challenging the business owners and product managers around prioritisation of tasks both with the internal team and into the development sprint
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to own issues and remove blockers to ensure delivery standards are met within the internal scrum and development team
  • Mentor and coach team where required on agile practices (scrum/Kanban)


  • 3 + years BA experience
  • Scrum master qualification
  • Experience in JIRA, Confluence, MS Word, Excel etc
  • Agile/Scrum environment experience
  • Ecommerce experience preferable
  • Retail knowledge preferable
  • Enjoy the challenge of a fast paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented and can-do approach
