KNOW THE ROLE:
NARS in our BT2 Blanchardstown store are currently looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a full-time Permanent basis.
The desired candidate will possess a passion for creative beauty, be target driven and possess a passion for team development, they will require supervisory skills preferably in a Beauty related profession but not strictly related to. Experience in a retail environment is a must for this role and candidates without will not be considered.
The Account Manager is responsible for managing the account, as well as supervising and motivating a team of MakeUp Artists to maximise sales, deliver the highest level of customer service and ensure retail sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved. The Account manager is also a key sales person on the account and must possess strong personal sales ability.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for individuals who possess strong sales ability personally and are great communicators and motivators, are highly organised, and possess a strong understanding of the retail environment working within a KPI and Sales Target orientated environment, they must also be of a positive mindset and understand the dynamics of a team. At NARS we are creative and nurture great relationships with our customers hence a high degree of confidence in makeup application and the ability to build relationships is extremely important to this role.
