Sales Associate - Polarn O Pyret - Arnotts (Part Time)

Know The Role:

  • Ensure up to date product knowledge to communicate effectively to customers
  • Ensure up to date knowledge of features and benefits of products, additional related products and the effective closing of a sale
  • Create visual impact through effective window displays, and sales floor presentation to ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Assist the management team to implement campaigns and promotions in accordance with company guidelines
  • Identify stock issues and report to the management team
  • Continually strive to improve basket value/items and conversion rates targets as set by the management team
  • Ensure stockroom is tidy to manage effective stock replenishment
  • Set an example of alert, vigilant behaviour, following company procedures relating to external, internal and admin losses
  • Achieve PO.P+ name capture targets as set by the management team
  • Comply with current Health and Safety legislation
  • To maximise sales and minimise costs through visual excellence and growth of the PO.P+ loyalty scheme. To demonstrate expert product knowledge and selling ability to provide the best customer shopping experience.
  • Exceed customer expectations, setting a personal example of excellent customer service
