KNOW THE ROLE
We are currently seeking to recruit a Project Manager on a fixed term contract.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of capital projects in line with robust project management plans to ensure all projects are executed and delivered on time and in line with budget and resources. This service includes planning, briefing contractors and consultants, managing standards and ensuring the needs of key stakeholders are met. The Project Manager will take projects from initial brief to implementation. The expectation will be that the Project Manager will deliver all projects to the Brown Thomas standard whilst supporting all active projects within the Store Projects department.
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven and a hard worker. Flexibility will be required as some evening work required when work happening out of hours, there may also be a requirement to travel to regional stores. The successful candidate will hit the ground running and excel working within a fast paced and high pressured environment. The project manager will have the ability to take direction and adapt to a brief. The skills required in this role are predominantly technical however a creative flair will be advantageous.
Experience of project management in a retail environment would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be experienced in finance, cost control and budget costing projects.
The following software skills are required in this role:
