KNOW THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of our new Dublin City Centre store, leading from the front to deliver an exceptional retail experience. You will be responsible for driving performance, developing your team, and ensuring the store operates to the highest standards at all times.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team focused on customer excellence
Oversee all day-to-day store operations, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
Drive sales through strong commercial awareness and effective in-store execution
Maintain premium visual merchandising standards in line with brand expectations
Build a positive, engaging store culture that reflects our values
Manage customer interactions, ensuring every experience is professional and memorable
Monitor performance metrics and take proactive steps to improve results
Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
You will play a pivotal role in launching this new store, setting the tone for success and establishing it as a key destination for golfers in the city
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a driven and experienced retail leader who is ready to take ownership of a new store.
Experience:
Proven track record as a Store Manager, ideally within a premium or high-performance retail environment
Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering against sales targets and KPIs
Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
Qualities:
A natural leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop a team
Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A passion for golf or a strong interest in the sport is highly desirable
