KNOW THE ROLE

As Senior Client advisor within our Bottega Veneta concession, you will be a key contributor to the commercial success of the business.

Working in a dynamic department store environment, you will take ownership of client development, drive sales performance, and deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that reflects the values of the House.

This role suits an experienced luxury retail professional who thrives on building long-term relationships and performing consistently at a high level.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver exceptional and personalised client service
  • Drive strong individual sales performance
  • Build, develop, and maintain a robust client portfolio
  • Proactively engage in client outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up
  • Identify commercial opportunities within the concession environment
  • Support daily operational excellence and brand standards
  • Act as a brand ambassador at all times

     

 

 

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven luxury retail experience, ideally at Senior Sales level
  • Strong clienteling and portfolio management skills
  • Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
  • Confident managing high-value products and transactions
  • Professional, polished, and service-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
