KNOW THE ROLE 

Brown Thomas Arnotts is hiring a Product Content Coordinator on a full time, specific purpose contract. Working in a dynamic cross-functional environment, the successful candidate will be managing the acquiring, tracking and upload of online products within speed to site timeframes. You will request and liase with multi-functional teams to process the assets for the Brown Thomas and Arnotts websites ensuring quality product standards.

  • Manage the tracking and upload of Brown Thomas & Arnotts products through the enrichment workflow
  • Work closely with buying and merch teams to track new products coming into the business and manage the workflow of these products onto site
  • Full responsibility for the upload of products in certain divisions, ensuring key representation on the site within agreed timeframes
  • Manage the communication for requesting imagery and product content from our supplier brands
  • Track all products through the enrichment workflow for your area
  • Monitor and update stock, price and promotions for non-integrated concession
  • Create congruency reports and communicate to the wider business for your areas
  • Assign products to the correct attributes and categories as per category guidelines
  • Upload, process and QA product imagery and copy assets to ensure they meet specifications and standards
  • Resize and rename imagery through photoshop and upload to our backend systems
  • Manage the upload of seasonal products such as Christmas Shop, Warehouse sales, within strict timelines
  • Ensure Speed to Site targets are met
  • Ensure priority products are uploaded when requested and communicate with the merchandise team on managing priority products through the process
  • Liaise with stakeholders like our outsourced photo studio, merchandising and the commercial team to ensure guidelines are kept up to date and business priorities are met

     

    KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Highly organised, efficient with excellent attention to detail
    • Team player and have the ability to move from job to job depending on priorities
    • Proficiency with eCommerce database platforms and Excel
    • Basic familiarity with Photoshop
    • Strong communication skills
    • Flexible self-starter
    • Appreciation for a customer-centric approach to product enrichment
    • Ability to work in a high-paced, high-energy environment
    • Basic understanding of Merchandising and SEO
    • Calm within a fast-paced environment
