  • Monitor stock levels, sell-through, and intake to support effective inventory management and replenishment decisions.
  • Maintain pricing, cost, margin, and currency accuracy across all systems, highlighting risks and discrepancies.
  • Support continuity and repeat ordering, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimising excess inventory.
  • Coordinate stock flow from supplier through to warehouse and stores, working closely with Logistics and Retail Operations.
  • Produce and maintain regular reports on sales performance, stock holding, intake, and margin, supporting data-led decision-making.
  • Assist with forecasting, performance analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve stock efficiency and profitability.
  • Build effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders including Finance, Logistics, and Retail Operations.
  • Support promotional activity and product launches from a commercial and operational perspective.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure buying and merchandising processes run efficiently and accurately.

  • Highly organised and detail-focused, with a strong commitment to accuracy and process discipline.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work at pace in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work cross-functionally and with suppliers.
