General Position Summary
This position will be responsible for managing warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage,
dispatch of devices/parts to fulfill sales/service orders, and in compliance with company’s policies and
legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Coach, lead, mentor and manage warehouse and 3PL staff
• Timely dispatching of sales and service orders
• Timely receipt of incoming goods
• Improve and maintain the accuracy of inventory both physical and ERP
• Ensure compliance and alignment to stock control processes
• Manage inventory counts as per the specified schedule
• Manage date-controlled stock to ensure no expired stock is sent to external or internal customers
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of all systems transactions
Educational / Knowledge / Experience Requirements
• College graduate
• Complete relevant trainings/certificates in Warehousing Operations or Logistics
• Minimum 3 experience in a similar warehouse management role
• Customer-centric approach
• Experience leading a team
• Knowledge of Japan Dangerous Goods Code and compliance
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and functions
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements associated with managing a warehouse
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability
• Attention to detail
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Intermediate computer skills including proficiency using Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel
• Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems. Demonstrated Oracle cloud and Salesforce
experience will be highly regarded.
