benign vascular and pigmented lesions, and the treatment of acne, leg veins, scarring and other common

Candela develops products for the global aesthetic market. These products begin as concepts developed 
by Candela’s world-class team of scientists and engineers or as acquired or licensed technologies that 
Candela then completes the development and/or commercialization of. These programs are supported by 
Candela’s global clinical, regulatory, and quality teams and are managed through our Product Development 
Process (PDP) and Quality Management System (QMS).


The Company’s headquarters are in Marlborough, Massachusetts, US, with and additional R&D facility in 
Yokneam, Israel and commercial locations across Asia Pacific, and Europe. Products are sold direct in 18 
countries worldwide and through distributors in over 60 others and are supported by field service, clinical 
education, marketing development organizations and distributorship arrangements.

General Position Summary
This position will be responsible for managing warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, 
dispatch of devices/parts to fulfill sales/service orders, and in compliance with company’s policies and 
legal requirements.


Key Responsibilities
• Coach, lead, mentor and manage warehouse and 3PL staff
• Timely dispatching of sales and service orders 
• Timely receipt of incoming goods
• Improve and maintain the accuracy of inventory both physical and ERP
• Ensure compliance and alignment to stock control processes
• Manage inventory counts as per the specified schedule
• Manage date-controlled stock to ensure no expired stock is sent to external or internal customers
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of all systems transactions 

  • Ensure stored materials are identifiable, stored appropriately and remain free of damage
    • Implement, improve and enforce strict warehouse and logistics policy
    • Manage and improve physical warehouse layout and space
    • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding dispatching and delivery of goods where 
    necessary
    • Manage inventory scrapping process including appropriate recording of destructions where 
    required
    • Always manage cleanliness and order within all warehouse areas
    • Manage inspections of incoming/outgoing good and where required co-ordinate repair with 
    relevant parties


Educational / Knowledge / Experience Requirements
• College graduate
• Complete relevant trainings/certificates in Warehousing Operations or Logistics
• Minimum 3 experience in a similar warehouse management role
• Customer-centric approach
• Experience leading a team
• Knowledge of Japan Dangerous Goods Code and compliance 
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and functions
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements associated with managing a warehouse
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability
• Attention to detail
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Intermediate computer skills including proficiency using Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel
• Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems. Demonstrated Oracle cloud and Salesforce 
experience will be highly regarded. 
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Must speak English
