As a Footwear Designer Trainee, you’ll work at our Head Office in Porto, collaborating with a talented team of Designers, Buyers, and Quality Controllers. Together, you’ll contribute to the development of new footwear collections for all our global markets.

In this hands-on internship, you’ll be involved in every stage of the creative process — from trend research to technical development — in a fast-paced and inspiring environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Research trends and create moodboards and visual references to support collection concepts
• Assist in developing collections by preparing clear and detailed technical specifications
• Collaborate on material, color, and component selection, balancing aesthetics, comfort, and functionality

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field
• Strong interest in footwear and product development
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Passionate about fashion, trends, and product creation
• IEFP eligibility
