As a Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring that it is attractive and commercial and applying the visual merchandising standards and guidelines; perform both, store set ups and store changes in an effective manner and, though, optimize the selling space. You will also be aware of the customer profile, the product potential and our competitors commercial strategies.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Promote Parfois´ brand image, Indoor and Storefronts’ guidelines and certify that rules, procedures and directions set by Parfois´ Visual Merchandising Area are applied
•    Product display definition, looking for commercial viability, profitability of space, light and garment care
•    Prepare weekly Visual Merchandising guidelines, taking into account each store specific layout
•    Coordinate and perform Store´s Visual Merchandising and Window dressing pre-assembly for successful Store openings
•    Support and training Operations´ Team: Area Manager, Store Manager and Sales Assistants to ensure a good exposure of all articles, considering type and layout specifications of each Store
•    Follow-up initiatives, activities and campaigns’ results
 
PROFILE
•    Solid visual merchandising experience (at least 3 years) within a fashion environment
•    Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus
•    Creativity and ability to create general guidelines
•    Results driven and sales oriented
•    Ability to prioritise and adapt
•    Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
•    Capacity to work well under pressure and detail oriented
•    Availability to travel
•    Experience in styling is a plus
