The role holder will be responsible for overseeing all HR applications and services as well as managing the HR Platform Transformation program and other HR related Technology projects.
Work hand in hand with HR and respective Technology Leadership Team members on the roadmap definition and its execution with a particular focus on delivery quality, cost and time respecting IT and Security standards and policies
Ensure production service quality and stability.
Manage Opex and Capex budgets.
Manage your team and people in terms of daily work assignment, talent development, training, and mentoring.
