Team Management:

  1. Lead and manage the e-Banking team(7 people : 4 dev, 1 BA, 1QA, 1 L3 Support), fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  2. Ensure all team members achieve their goal according to agreed planning with a high level of quality.
  3. Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates and gather feedback following Scrum methodology.
  4. Develop and implement team-building activities to boost morale and improve team performance.
  5. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them reach their potential.
  6. Recruitment and performance evaluation

Project Management:

  1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including resources, timeline, and costs.
  2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  3. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  4. Communicate project status to stakeholders and management, escalate issues when necessary.
  5. Implement risk management processes to identify, evaluate, and mitigate any risks that might affect the success of the project.

Product Management:

  1. Production environment management and monitoring strategy
  2. Collaborate on defining and managing the product roadmap for our platforms, based on the needs of our customers, market trends, and the strategic direction of the company.
  3. Gather, manage, and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, partners, sales, and customer support.
  4. Work closely with the development team to ensure product requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  5. Collaborate with the development team to manage software releases, updates, and patches in the production environment without disrupting ongoing services.
  6. Oversee and manage the production environment of platforms, ensuring its stability, reliability, and optimal performance.
  7. Coordinate with various teams to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
  8. Coordinate and participate to Security patching processes and DRP exercises.
  9. Work closely with customer support and service teams to resolve any customer-facing issues related to the production environment.
  10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the production environment

Service Owner External Solutions:

  1. Service owner for external cloud applications (LeapXpert, Secuchat, etc...)
  2. Supplier & Contract management
  3. Production follow up
  4. Roadmap and deployment management
Education:
Bachelor Degree

Experience required:
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader and Project Manager in the IT sector.
  • Experience with client facing platforms or related financial technology products is highly desirable.
