• Create Business Requirements Documents with understandable and clear language, user stories and obtain sign-off from stakeholders
• Organize and conduct workshops with all departments of the Bank involved and the vendor
• Propose solutions to problems and roadblocks
• User Acceptance Test coordination
• Ensure stakeholders involvement, challenge stakeholders vision and promote innovative solutions
• Work closely with Project Management Team and Project Management Office.
• Partner with Development and IT Project management units to ensure adequacy of developments and solutions proposed
• Identify and report project conflicts
• Elaborate Target Operating Model in collaboration with business SMEs
