  • Responsible for the Project Management of the EAM/ELUS setup
  • Work close to the Business Owner of TT Business Development and Head of DAC ZH
  • Detail plan of task and activities, track progress and completion and report on milestones
  • Define TOM as well as related specifications 
  • Document business setup, processes and responsibilities
  • Support the new product approval process
  • Implement and support business setup and roll-out

Experience required:
  • Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation, ideally with knowledge on financial services
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, budget management technologies
  • Excellent meeting, workshop, and conference facilitation skills, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participate and collaboration in small and large groups
  • Knowledge and experience with different project management frameworks, including waterfall and agile
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle
  • Employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
