As a member of the Core Banking team in the IT department, the successful candidate as Core Banking Business Analyst & Project Manager will partner with the business and IT stakeholders on various projects related to core banking platform for which his/her main responsibilities would be the followings:
- Compliance with UBP architecture, procedures and standards
- Business Analysis and formalization of business needs
- Project manage some initiatives
- Workshop management and Roadmap definition
- Definition and design of the solution along with SMEs and Service owners
- Submit for approval analysis and specifications to Users
- High level business requirements specification
- High level development workload estimation
- Development coordination with offhsore team
- Identification of potential risks and issues
- Production and maintenance of documentation (functional analysis and implementation plan)
- Production implementation support
- Monitor the warranty period
