Working within the Procurement team, the position holder will support on supplier due diligence and selection, contract negotiations and purchase orders handling for IT. With special focus ensuring that the bank is compliant with regulatory requirements (DORA, FINMA and EBA outsourcing requirements, etc.) by working closely with IT and Security service owners and other stakeholders.


The role is part of a very dynamic Procurement organization that is currently supporting major transformation efforts in the bank and offers excellent development opportunities for someone interested to advance his/her career in procurement.

  • Acquire IT goods and services that meet the bank's expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure competitive costs for IT and Security goods and services.Negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms for the bank.
  • Manage diverse software and hardware maintenance renewals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new products.
  • Ensure all IT and Security procurement activities comply with the regulatory framework and ethical practices.
  • Support on the Procure to Pay process, approve purchase orders, and contribute to Contract Management operations.
  • Contribute to Procurement reporting activities.

  • Between 5 to 10 years of experience.
  • It would be aplus to have some background in Procurement, Procure to Pay processes/tools and contract terms
