  • Investment Proposals & Reporting: Develop and refine tailored investment proposals and custom reports for clients and prospects.
  • Platform Migration & Digital Strategy: Lead the migration of publications to a digital platform, highlighting investment recommendations and value chain insights.
  • Slide Library Management: Structure, edit, and maintain a repository of business line presentations, product decks, sales pitches, and other marketing materials.
  • Content Production & Design: Oversee the creation and editing of investment-related content (reports, presentations, white papers, articles, etc.) with a strong focus on design quality and brand consistency.
  • Graphic & Layout Design: Leverage Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to craft visually compelling presentations and marketing materials.
  • Marketing & Communication Alignment: Collaborate with the Communication department to ensure content is both visually and strategically aligned with the brand’s investment message.

 

Tasks: 

  • Help designing and then deliver the key documents presenting our generic capabilities across UBP’s investment departments
  • Produce ad-hoc presentations for new products or services launches 
  • Harmonize the written output (layout, messaging) to establish a “brand” for marketing documents issued by Investment Services
  • Work across Investment Management division with the product development, research, investor relations on demand assessments, marketing materials

Exper. in financial sector:

Experience required:
Minimum of 3-7 years in a similar role or relevant experience in Wealth Management or Asset Management is preferred. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write and edit investment content.
