  •  Assist Asset Management Sales teams in supporting German-speaking client-base.

  • Manage, execute, and follow up on client requests and inquiries.

  • Collaborate with internal teams throughout the client lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process and oversee the end-to-end transition.

  •  Involve in the implementation and monitoring of the local sales strategy.

  • Support the team in their prospecting initiatives, including the preparation of marketing materials and conducting market research.

  •  Act as the local CRM champion, supporting and training the sales team to meet Salesforce requirements and ensure data accuracy.

  • Organize local events and roadshows.

  •  Perform office management tasks.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial. - Excellent organizational skills and capability to work independently. - Accuracy and attention to detail. - Advanced skills in standard IT applications (MS Office). - Mother tongue German and fluency in English is a “MUST”; French is a “nice to have”.

This role involves close collaboration with the German sales team, reporting locally to the Head of Wholesale EMEA and centrally to the Head of the Client Service Team. The position covers activities with both institutional and wholesale clients in the DACH region (Germany, German-speaking Switzerland, and Austria) This position is for 12 months, but it may be renewed or offer other opportunities.
