We are seeking a dynamic candidate with a strong interest in Asset Management to join the Institutional Client Service team in Frankfurt.
Assist Asset Management Sales teams in supporting German-speaking client-base.
Manage, execute, and follow up on client requests and inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams throughout the client lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate the onboarding process and oversee the end-to-end transition.
Involve in the implementation and monitoring of the local sales strategy.
Support the team in their prospecting initiatives, including the preparation of marketing materials and conducting market research.
Act as the local CRM champion, supporting and training the sales team to meet Salesforce requirements and ensure data accuracy.
Organize local events and roadshows.
Perform office management tasks.
