CHALLENGE:

The position has as main responsibility the control and management of real estate, as derived from the continuous implementation of improvements in them, either with projects derived to third party companies or the correct maintenance of them with specific plans.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a list of Projects in real estate assets with the specifications of each of the projects.
  • Control the Architectural processes derived from the different projects carried out in each one of the assets.
  • Manage work teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Organizing and managing the various external companies to carry out the work in accordance with the targeted KPIs. This includes ensuring proper execution and control.

  • Managing contracts with all the suppliers we work with to provide sufficient guarantees of ownership of the execution and control of the work.
  • Providing support, where necessary, to the Architecture department in the necessary aspects at a global and particular level in the different global projects that the Parfois company may nee
  • Develop and review project schedules, ensuring that goals are met within established timelines.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to optimize processes and resolve issues.
  • Controlling project budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
  • Conduct regular inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

PROFILE:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • More than 5 years' experience in construction management .
  • Experience in project management: hotels, office buildings, housing, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction standards and safety regulations.
  • Technical knowledge in the management of company contracts in relation to global projects such as those mentioned above is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of English / Spanish.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Autocad, Archicad, Presto, and project management software and planning tools, such as Microsoft Projects, others.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
