On behalf of an important multinational company with a leading position inside the Chronic Care market, we are looking for a:

Territory Manager (EMILIA 3)

The Territory Manager will conduct all the sales and commercial activities in the Ferrara and Ravenna areas. He/she will interact with the main customers in order to achieve the agreed sales target and to improve the market share. He/she will create long-lasting professional bonds with the decision makers and the key opinion leaders at both clinical and administrative level. He/she will be involved in all the bid and tender processes for the hospitals, GPOs and all the main healthcare facilities. Finally, he/she will conduct meticulous analyses in order to monitor the market’s trends and the competitors’ activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manages assigned sales territory and seeks, develops, closes and maintains opportunities with the identified customer base in the respective territory and/or product line
  • Manages business prospect inventory detailing the customer address, contacts number, pipeline of potential grants/funding & products of interest
  • Plans all customer visits and prepares commercial plans independently
  • Coordinates all after-sales in-house activities to ensure high quality pre & post-sales support to all customers.
  • Prepares written presentations, reports and price quotations
  • Ensures technical, content and competitor knowledge is kept current and up-to-date


The ideal candidate has got a degree in biomedical engineering or in scientific or economic subjects. He/she should have a previous experience of almost 3 years (or more) in similar sales roles, preferably inside multinational medical devices manufacturers.

Required skills:

  • Familiarity with the hospital sales and buying procedures, along with a good knowledge of the operating theaters dynamics;
  • Flexibility: the resource should be able to work autonomously but at the same time as part of a team, he should be flexible in work hours and open to sudden calls, setbacks, short notice changes...
  • Excellent professional knowledge of English
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools;
  • Availability to travel a lot across the region.
