Regional Sales Manager Italy

Our Customer is looking for an ambitious, energetic, and competent Regional Sales & Key Accounts Manager ITALY to develop its presence in the ITALY region. The Regional Sales & Key Accounts Manager ITALY will be dedicated tocreating and executing an effective sale and marketing strategy to establish and lead the ITALY Region. The Candidate will be responsible for setting forth the overall sales strategy for the ITALY market and working closely with theNetherland head quarter to execute sales plans for our emerging business in the region. An ideal candidate should have intimate knowledge, familiarity, and network inside the Laboratories and Dental industries, preferably within theSterilization and infection control market. The candidate must show technical competencies within selling technological solutions to this industry.


Role & Responsabilities

.Managing the ITALY region sales activities

.Meet and exceed ITALY region annual sales target. Ensure the ITALY dealers and distributors are supported to deliver the sales targets

.Define KPI’s to track progress, take corrective actions when necessary, and achieve sales objectives

.Qualify potential commercial partners, create proposals, negotiate commercial conditions with them and ensure successful onboarding

.Develop business plans with individuals channel partners outlining success metrics, goals, and activities to drive accelerated growth

.Set and execute the ITALY go to market strategy, working in close collaboration and alignment with the management team of Corporate Europe, as well as the tech team, marketing, and sales operations


Required Skills

.A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing channel sales in the infection control/sterilization market

.Hunter mentality. Demonstrated capabilities as a “door-opener” and as a “closer”, including sales negotiations, leadership, and interpersonal skills

.Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration

.Worked in a Multinational organization with HQ outside of Italy

.A clear understanding of channel partner business models, channel programs, pricing models, channel marketing, and a proven track record of recruiting new channel partners

.Strategic and analytical thinking, hands-on mentality, and the ability to see the big picture and set the right priorities

.A positive and dynamic leader who inspires and motivates the team and key stakeholders

.Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, and ability to interface and influence at the most senior levels

.Goal driven and having fun whilst getting the job done!

.Ability to travel 50% of the time

.Fluent in English and native Italian

.Location of the role is Veneto Area, Italy (not mandatory)
