We work at the international level and we help the healthcare companies in finding the best profiles and the most skillful resources in the medical devices, pharmaceutical, equipment and diagnostic markets.

On behalf of a fast-growing multinational medical devices manufacturer, with a leading position in the minimal invasive surgery market, we are looking for a:





The resource will be part of the sales team and will be responsible for selling and promoting a new ground-breaking minimal invasive surgery technology in order to achieve the sales targets and to reach the sales goals agreed in the Company business plan.


Main duties:

. The resource will interact with the most important clinical stakeholders, creating with them long lasting relationships in order to promote and commercialize the Company's technology;

. He/she will work and find different way to sell the Company's technology to the healthcare providers inside public and private hospital facilities;

. He/she will deal with all the negotiation and offer process with hospital and clinical bodies;

.He/she will monitor the market trends and the competitors' moves in order to create new business and commercial opportunities;

.He/she will constantly interact with key customers to understand their needs and to meet their requirements;

. He/she will sometimes work inside the operating theaters to support the customers in using the technology properly;


Required Skills

. Master Degree in biomedical engineering or in medical/scientific subjects;

. A previous experience of at least three years in similar sales roles, preferably in minimal access surgery, navigation or robotics medical devices manufacturers;

. Familiarity with the hospital sales and buying procedures, along with a good knowledge of the operating theaters dynamics;  

. Flexibility: the resource should be able to work autonomously but at the same time as part of a team, he should be flexible in work hours and open to sudden calls, setbacks, short notice changes...

. Excellent professional knowledge of English and fluency in Spanish;

. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools;

. Availability to travel a lot across Spain;
