EXPERIENCE International is an international recruiting and consulting firm focused on the Healthcare area. We work at the international level, helping companies in medical devices, equipment, life science or pharmaceutical areas to find the best talents and the best professional resources in different markets: medical devices, pharmaceuticals, equipment and diagnostics. On behalf of an important multinational medical devices’ manufacturer with a leading position inside the Surgical market, we are looking for a:



The resource will be responsible for the growth and the development of the whole Company’s product portfolio: he/she will coordinate the functional management and will be the leader of all the sales strategies, plans and actions all over the Country, guiding and managing a fast-growing team.


.He/she cooperates in the creation and in the development of the sales objectives, strategies and actions;

.He/she assures that the sales plan goals are properly achieved through keeping strategic relationships with key accounts and increasing the market share;

.He/she defines annual and monthly sales targets, according to the Company’s business plan;

.He/she participates, along with the Finance and the HR department, in the development of the sales incentive plans;

.In cooperation with the Marketing division, he/she works at the creation of products’ profiles, promotional documents and specific training materials for the sales force training activities;

.He/she constantly monitors the market in order to ensure the Company is always abreast with the new developments, dynamics of the market;

.He/she provides reports on forecasts and sales expenses and submits expense reports and other materials.


The ideal candidate has got a degree in Medical, Business or Science fields. He/she should have a previous experience of almost 10 years (or more) in sales management roles inside multinational medical devices manufacturers. He/she should have a wide knowledge of the Italian territory and a deep understanding of the hospital and medical market.

Moreover he/she should have good leadership skills and strong negotiation abilities. He/she must be able to interact with different kinds of people and must be able to lead and to guide a wide team towards the achievement of important targets. Finally, the ideal candidate should speak fluently in English.
